What To Expect: Your initial comprehensive oral examination includes a hard tissue exam, oral cancer screening, smile analysis, periodontal assessment, TMJ and occlusal assessment, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take photos of your teeth in addition to x-rays, which includes the necessary x-rays for proper diagnosis of decay, periodontal disease and other potential lesions or abnormalities. Let us know as soon as possible if you have recent x-rays with a previous dentist that we may request.
Plan on being here 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of your oral health.
